Say Hi to Andrea, our Americas and Organization Champion!
Life at mymun

Being part of an international team means navigating different time zones, cultures, and languages. Matilde and I often joke about the dinner time that the Germans in the team have. As a Venezuelan living in France and pursuing a career in law with a focus on international law, she has found her place in the global MUN community. Through mymun, she works with organizers and delegates from around the world, helping to make international conferences run smoothly and accessible to everyone.
Andrea’s journey with MUN began in high school, where she joined her school’s program despite being initially shy and unsure. “I was really shy at the beginning of high school, but I saw the opportunity to travel abroad and break out of my shell,” she recalls. Her first major conference in New York was intense, nine months of preparation, high expectations, and immense pressure, but it became a turning point.
Since then, Andrea has fully embraced MUN. She works across conferences in North and South America, Europe, and beyond, supporting delegates and organizers alike. “I enjoy making the process easier for organizers so delegates can focus on what matters most: the experience itself,” she says.
Without her, we probably couldn’t even reach the other side of the Atlantic! And, of course, we can’t wait to try her arepas and tequeños. Andrea’s culinary skills are almost as impressive as her organizational ones. Andrea loves playing tennis and creating arts and crafts. So yes, all those play nights in Mallorca were thanks to her. And me? I’m just lucky to be both a co-worker and a friend of this amazing woman.
