Everything, in plain terms
Listing is free, forever, and free listings are never billed. If you also run applications and payments on mymun, one rate applies: 7% on card payments, taken from your ticket price, or a flat 5% if you collect the money yourself. There is no minimum fee.
The 7% comes out of your ticket price. Your delegate pays exactly the price you set; mymun keeps 7% and you receive the rest in your own Stripe account (a €100 ticket nets you €93). That 7% covers all card and processing fees. If you collect payments yourself, you instead pay a flat 5% of your standard delegate fee per assigned participant, billed weekly. Either way, you know the rate before your first application arrives.

Card payments land instantly in your conference's own Stripe account; mymun never holds your money. Stripe then pays out to your bank account on its normal schedule.
Yes. Mark those applications as paid on mymun. The first €1,000 you mark as paid (or the equivalent in your currency) is free; above that, the 5% rate applies to the excess, itemized on a weekly invoice.
You can still run applications and collect payments your own way: bank transfer, local providers, or cash. mymun charges the flat 5% self-managed rate, so you're covered anywhere.
Nothing. If your delegates pay no fee, mymun charges nothing at all: no listing cost, no application cost, no per-delegate cost. Free conferences are completely free, and you still get applications, assignments, automatic emails, and statistics.
