What is a crisis simulation ? 

Unlike a classic MUN conference, delegates will here be plunged in a crisis management situation. There will here have to roleplay as a special cabinet of the Arab League, gathered at the occasion of an unique event that marked the history of the institution. This event and roles are to remain a surprise for delegates, who will only discover them on the Conference d-day, and be provided with thirty minutes to prepare prior to debates. A Crisis Committee is special because history advances as debates evolve: during sessions, delegates will be able to influence the course of history based on their role's capacities, letting their creativity talk and try to change forever the course of history…

The Arab League :

While crisis simulations require a certain level of knowledge in similar exercises and in the institution simulated, ARCriSim aims to remain friendly to beginners and provide them with help in approaching the topic. It should be underlined that, unlike a classic MUN, the capacities offered to delegates are multiple, reflecting the reality of diplomacy in a critical moment of history. This simulation will require from delegates to demonstrate skills in teamworking, communication, creativity, and capacity to quickly take decisions.

How to join ?

For this, you simply need to apply in this page and fill in the required informations. The topic and roles will only be revealed on the simulation day, with 30 minutes allocated for delegates to prepare after this.
