GVMUN Fellowship 2025

Hello delegates and international thinkers! GVMUN is pleased to announce its Global Thinking Fellowship, hosted by the Global Virtual Model United Nations. As part of this initiative, fellows will attend 8 virtual sessions, where they will discuss and debate 8 different topics that concern the world and geopolitics, in addition to supplemental readings, policy presentations, and research reports in between these sessions. There'll be plenty of opportunities to network, collaborate, and get to know the other fellows. Finally, all fellows will be certified by GVMUN, as well as given the opportunity to work with us in some capacity.

The session dates and topics are as follows, please make sure you can attend the majority before signing up:

Week 1 -  April 5 - Foundations of International Relations and Global Systems

Week 2 - April 12 - The UN System and International Organizations

Week 3 - April 19 - Policy-Making in a Global Context

BREAK - April 26 - GVMUNC VII Conference (Expectation of the Fellowship)

Week 4 - May 3 - Global Power Dynamics and Conflict Resolution

Week 5 - May 10 - The Global Economy and Financial Systems

Week 6 - May 17 - Human Rights and Global Justice

Week 7 - May 24 - Climate Change and Green Policy

Week 8 -  May 31 - The Future of Global Governance

All sessions will be held from 9 AM to 10:15 AM EST, so please convert that into your local time zone when checking if you can attend.

GVMUN is an officially-registered 501(c)3 nonprofit in the US (EIN 81-2908499), with various initiatives including virtual conferences, essay competitions, internships, a monthly newsletter and other publications, in addition to interviews with global figures such as Richard Gowan.
