Mettez-vous dans la peau d'un jeune travailleur talentueux, vous vivez dans un pays qui ne vous offre pas les opportunités que vous souhaiteriez: une délocalisation ne vous semblerait-elle pas la seule option? 🏅 Dès les années 1980, le Continent Africain se confronte au phénomène “d’Exode de Cerveaux”. 🛫🧠 L'Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM) estime que chaque année, jusqu'à 20 000 Africains hautement qualifiés migrent vers les pays du Nord principalement en raison du fait qu'ils offrent de meilleures conditions de salaire et de vie. 🔝💰 Dans un Continent qui a désespérément besoin des personnes les plus qualifiées pour résoudre les problèmes auxquels il est confronté, que faire pour combattre ce phénomène? 🗣️🙌🏻

Adresser la Piraterie et le Trafic Maritime Illégal de Drogues en Afrique de l’Ouest

Depuis 2011, la piraterie ainsi que le trafic des drogues illégales dans les eaux de l'Afrique de l'Ouest sont devenues une préoccupation internationale. Le golfe de Guinée a une importance géopolitique et géoéconomique indéniable pour le transport, étant une voie mondiale précieuse pour de nombreux conglomérats maritimes traversant la région chaque jour. Outre cela, nous parlons aussi d’un point d'étranglement pour le commerce énergétique africain, ayant pour point focal l’extraction intensive de pétrole dans le delta du Niger au Nigeria. 🗺️ Chercher à stabiliser cette région est de la plus haute importance. Aucune solution unique ne suffira. La bataille doit être menée à plusieurs échelles, avec une fusion d'efforts internationaux, nationaux et régionaux. Establishing a Common Framework to Combat Corruption

⚖️Corruption is one of the most important issues in today’s world, affecting sectors such as the economy, politics and medicine in both emergent and already developed countries. 📌It is defined as dishonest or fraudulent behaviour conducted by those in power, with the purpose of abusing a certain status for personal gain. This typically involves bribery, blackmail and other associated crimes. 🗂️Even though this matter is regulated in theory, by conventions and acts such as The United Nation Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) in 2005 and, the British Bribery Act in 2010 and the creation of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), practical solutions are still needed. 📉Corruption is continuously being practiced in many fields of developed and less developed countries, affecting their national integrity. The Corruption Perception Index, which is used to measure each conuntry’s level of fraudulent behaviour states that the countries most corrupt in the world are Syria and South Sudan, and the ones making the most development towards stopping it are Denmark and Finland. 🌎The question is, how can the nations find a common ground on this topic considering different political views, mentalities and amount of resources?
