OPOMUN is proudly organised by the Oporto International School (CLIP) and spearheaded by its Form 12 students. OPOMUN reflects the dedication and hard work of the students, who bring their passion for international relations and diplomacy to life, making it a memorable and impactful experience for all participants. OPOMUN exemplifies CLIP’s motto (Challenged, Lifelong Learners, Internationally Minded, Principled Citizens), offering students an immersive experience in international relations and diplomacy.

Our goal is to grow in size, international perspective, and debate quality. Delegates will have the chance to meet people from diverse backgrounds, engage with various perspectives on current issues, and, most importantly, be different. This is our core mission at OPOMUN: Dare to make a difference! We encourage delegates to embrace this spirit, and for the past 18 years, participants have successfully strived to make a difference.
