Uthan YP 2027

Uthan Youth Parliament is the flagship youth parliament and MUN conference of Unnati: The Knowledge Hub for Civil Aspirants, a non-profit founded in 2016 by Dr. Lokesh Chugh to give free UPSC guidance to students who have the talent but not the resources.

Now in its eighth season, Uthan brings school and university students to New Delhi for two days of structured debate on the issues that shape India and the world. Delegates step into simulations of the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and AIPPM alongside international committees, argue real policy, and learn how laws and decisions actually get made.

Past seasons have featured Members of Parliament and senior civil servants as judges and guests, along with a guided visit to the Indian Parliament for participants.

Who can apply: school students from Grade 6 upwards, and university students.

Uthan is not just about speaking. It is about being heard.
