Hafizullah Saeedi

I was born in Afghanistan and have grown up in difficult circumstances of political instability under which educational opportunities simply do not exist for many people; however, my persistent and hard work led me to great achievements in the Headquarters of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, representing the youth of Central Asia and Afghanistan. I am currently studying International and Comparative Politics as my major and European Studies at the American University of Central Asia. Having lived in Central Asia since 2015, and studying European Studies I speak Russian and German languages in addition to Persian, my mother language, and English. I am also the Student Senate Vice-president of the American University of Central Asia, and as a future diplomat I believe politics need participation, and hence I have been fully involved in attending national and international conferences, particularly MUNs all around the world to develop my leadership skills, decision making, team work skills, and to get a cosmopolitan view of the world.
